MyMink items are shipped from London or from EU
The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at the checkout. UK deliveries are free of charge. EU deliveries cost is 19 EUR with free returns. MyMink will refund your returns shipping cost should you wish to return or exchange your item.

EU VAT is included within the prices you see online.

CUSTOMERS IN  SWITZERLAND, THE US & CANADA
For customers in the US & Canada, prices for each item are shown as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that when shopping from My-Mink.com (and you are shipping to an address in the US) or shopping from boutiques outside of Canada (if you are shipping to an address in Canada), all import duties are not included in the price you see online and you will receive a duty bill from the shipper to receive your item. VAT is not included in the price you pay.

My-Mink.com ships to UK, EU, US and Canada using Parceforce, DHL and UPS, and you will be able to track your order at any time. We are aiming to provide more delivery locations soon.
You may return your order for free, for any reason, within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund. And we’ll collect your return via our logistics partners. Please see our return policy for further info.
